From a very early age, Federico Cabello was attracted to nature, and particularly to how images of nature could be captured in photographs.
Born in Venezuela in 1962, he studied art and design before commencing a successful career as a graphic designer and expert in advertising
imaging. Nine years ago, he decided to follow his passions and dedicate himself full-time to art and photography. In 2007 he published his first book
of photographs, a stunning collection of underwater images taken in Los Roques, Venezuela. He is currently working on a second publication
dedicated to Los Roques, this time focusing on its breathtaking beaches and magnificent surroundings. Federico also creates works of art, printing
his photographs on canvas and enhancing them with oil paint. This highly successful technique works particularly well in a large format, and his
pieces have been sold to clients and collectors around the globe.
